Ember is a one-time $29 purchase. If it isn't for you, we'll give your money back — no interrogation.
The short version
If you're not happy with Ember for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full $29. You don't need to explain why.
How to request a refund
Email contact@ember.computer from the address you used at checkout (or include your Stripe receipt). We'll process it within a few business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor.
Because Ember has no account
Ember runs entirely on your own machine — there's no license server to deactivate and no account to close. When we issue a refund, we simply ask that you delete your copy of the app. We trust you.
After 30 days
Past 30 days we generally can't offer a refund, but if something is genuinely broken or not working on your hardware, talk to us anyway at contact@ember.computer — we'd rather make it right than leave you stuck.
