Where do I download Ember?
From the download page — a Linux AppImage today, with macOS and Windows in the works. No account, no cloud handshake.
Is my data sent to you when I contact support?
Only what you type into this form — your name, email, topic, and message. Ember itself sends nothing; the app runs on your machine and reaches the network only through a capability you grant.
How do I report a security issue?
Email security@ember.computer with the details. We read every disclosure and reply within two business days.
Do I need an account to email you?
No. There is no account anywhere in Ember — including support. Write from any address; we reply to that address.
